Privacy

Nummera MCP is operated by Nummera (Northloop AB, Sweden). This page says what the service keeps.

What is stored

• Your identity: the object id, display name and user name of your Microsoft Entra account, so that access can be limited to invited accounts and revoked.
• Sign-in state: hashed access and refresh tokens, authorization codes and the client your assistant registered. Tokens expire (1 hour, 30 days) and are deleted on expiry or revocation.
• A usage ledger: per call, the tool, the office, the table id, the number of cells, the time taken and the outcome. The text of your questions is never stored or logged.

What is not

No question text, no figures you fetched, no document or company data. The statistics themselves are public data from SCB and Eurostat and are cached as the offices publish them.

Where

Everything runs in Microsoft Azure, Sweden Central. The optional composite tool (find_figures) sends the question and the tool results to a language model deployed in the EU data zone of Azure OpenAI; nothing is used for training.

Retention and your rights

Ledger rows are kept 30 days. You can revoke access from your assistant (sign out) or by asking us; we delete your identity record on request. Contact: hello@nummera.ai.
